Personality - As the personification of youth, Apollo is naturally cheerful, overconfident (with a smidge of arrogance), flirtatious, and generally ruled by his hormones. When he's not trying to woo some lady - or man if he's feeling lucky - or playing music, he's generally being a social butterfly.
However, as a god, Apollo is also caring and considerate towards those who believe in him. He is the god of truth - and therefore no one can lie to him without him knowing it. (As to whether he can lie is debatable, but Apollo prefers to be honest unless it's an absolute emergency) He helps those who are sick and dying as the god of healing; he brings inspiration to musicians as the god of music. The fine arts like painting are also assigned to him as well, and when the Romans began to cease believing in Helios, Apollo also took over as the sun god. Because of all his duties, Apollo is extremely responsible. Give him something to do, and he'll dutifully complete it for you. ... Whether or not he'll like doing it, though, is a completely different story.
He is also an older brother and tends to form sister complexes around people who remind him of Artemis. Heck, in the old Greek mythology, Apollo actually tricked his sister into killing Orion because he thought Orion might actually win over Artemis's heart.
As for his weaknesses? Apollo thinks too highly of himself (all his senyuus from Japan consisted of him saying that he was awesome) and tends to underestimate his opponents. He also likes being mysterious and sneaky when he doesn't have to - oh, and he loves his sun chariot as a Ferrari a little too much for his own truth.
Generally, Apollo is a good guy with his heart in the right place. He's just too overconfident because he knows he's a god and can technically rule over people with his lyre, arrows, or healing powers.
Abilities - He's the Greek God of like, a million different things. (So, obviously, he knows how to fight with a bow and arrow. Though he might know some fist-fighting moves... he has lived for over two thousand years, after all.)
# God of Healing: canon never stated outright what he can do, but as the God of Healing, Apollo's definitely got knowledge of herbal lore and how to heal people.
# God of Truth: It is impossible to lie to Apollo. Ever. This isn't perfect: ie, if the person believes it's the truth, Apollo'll think so too. He's like a living lie detector! (In return, he's also pretty bad at lying... so he just does lies of omission.)
# God of Music: Give Apollo an instrument. Any instrument. Chances are, he'll be good at it pretty quickly. Apollo also enjoys music and can sight-read incredibly well. (Heck, music and the fine arts are practically considered his domain.) He's known mostly for the lyre, but Apollo's pretty handy with a guitar too.
# Sun God: He drove the sun across the sky with his chariot. ... This one is obviously not applicable in Puzzleland.
# Can craft poetry off the top of his head. ... However, its quality is heavily debatable. As in, if you don't like Apollo, you won't like the poetry either.
# Incredibly talented at archery
# Immortal. Therefore, it's pretty much impossible to kill him off in the standard ways.

Appearance - Although Apollo can change his form to anything he pleases, he typically looks like a seventeen-eighteen year old teenager. Typically, he dresses casually (t-shirt, jeans, flip-flops), though he usually swings a guitar or a lyre or some kind of instrument around with him. (He and his music are never parted!)
